We've taken local produce, Estonian and Baltic culinary traditions, and complemented them with our unique vision. Our chefs use French cooking techniques. And in the interior, recipes, and presentation of dishes, we follow the Scandinavian approach of not adding anything superfluous. Thus, the modern Estonian restaurant Kogu Resto was created.
